On November 9, 2023, a delegation led by Secretary Mao of Luodian Town and General Manager Gu of the Luodian Economic Development Zone visited the company to inspect operations and provide guidance. Company Chairman Wu Weilin, along with other company representatives, received the delegation.

Chairman Wu began by extending a sincere welcome to Secretary Mao and the accompanying delegation on behalf of the Shanghai Zhantong team. He then provided a detailed overview of the company’s development history since its inception, reporting on its business models, transformation and upgrading efforts, and overall operational performance in recent years.

After hearing the briefing, Secretary Mao expressed his affirmation and appreciation for the company's development and the management team's ability to leverage their strengths and expand business platforms. He also engaged in an in-depth discussion regarding the company's future strategic direction, operational management, and areas requiring support. Secretary Mao emphasized that the government would not overlook the company and would stand with it to weather the challenges together, encouraging the firm to freely voice any requests it might have for the government regarding its operations.

Afterwards, Chairman Wu accompanied Secretary Mao and the delegation on a tour of the corporate culture wall, the company's development history, and its achievements.
